I had no idea what to expect when I went in for my first appt but was greeted by the owner and taken to the spotless studio.  She made me feel at ease very quickly, explaining the procedure and also post procedure care.  I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror after because I was all ‘dotty’ haha.... the carbon crusts emerged in the days that followed just as described, and when they fell off, fresh, clear baby soft skin came through!!  My fine lines were diminished and I felt much brighter!  I made another appt for another area a few months later and I was a bit more puffy after (because I did my eyes) but same results.  Thank you Pleasantly Plasma for helping me feel more beautiful in my own skin 🙂
